You are invited to join us for an informal ‘coffee and networking’ catch-up for the IHR Forum.
Given the challenges of 2020, and the lack of an opportunity to meet physically, many of us are feeling more isolated. We might also be facing similar challenges but without the normal routes to meet and interact and share stories.
This short, virtual catch-up is designed to give us a chance to meet and network in a more informal way. We hope it may be a chance to discuss some of the challenges we are facing in the new environment of the coronavirus and lockdown. We would also like to hear what HR issues you and your organisations are facing at the moment, that we could address at future events.
After an initial introduction and very short devotion to encourage us, we will spend the majority of the time together in breakout rooms, discussing the following questions:
- What is one key HR issue your organisation has dealt with well in 2020, and what positive outcomes have you seen?
- What was your biggest HR challenge in 2020, how did you overcome it and what are the implications for 2021?
The Zoom room will open at 11:00am (waiting room open from 10:45am) and we will aim to finish at 11:45am – with the option to stay for 10 minutes for a time of prayer together at the end.
There is no charge to join the IHR Forum coffee and networking catch-up, but please do complete the form below to reserve your place. You will receive the invitation and password in the confirmation email upon booking. A reminder email with details will be sent out by 5pm the day before the event - please keep an eye on your emails (including your spam or junk mail folders).
