Director of Operations

Description

All Saints is an active and growing evangelical Anglican church with many exciting opportunities. In this new role, we are looking to welcome an experienced manager into our Church Family, so that together we can reach Crowborough for Christ.

This crucial role will help us translate our vision into action. The Director of Operations will:

• serve on the Leadership Team, supporting the Vicar in ensuring that All Saints thrives and fulfils its vision.
• take a lead in the management processes of our united staff team.
• be responsible for the management of the church’s resources of people, buildings, IT and finances.
  
• provide strategic direction for the use of church communications
