Centre Director at Carroty Wood

Rock UK has an exciting opportunity for a new Centre Director at its Carroty Wood outdoor adventure centre in Tonbridge, Kent. We are looking for a committed Christian who is passionate about their faith, the outdoors and young people. The Centre Director will have the management experience and pastoral heart to lead and inspire the centre staff team with a desire to share the love of Jesus with our guests through adventure, hospitality and service. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Centre Director will be a member of the Rock UK Senior Leadership Team. Whilst having a love of the outdoors, it is not essential that the successful applicant will be a qualified outdoors practitioner.

This is full-time 37.5 hours per week. It is a permanent contract, subject to satisfactory references, an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check and a 6 month probationary period

This role is subject to an Occupational Requirement (OR) that the successful applicant is a Christian who is committed to the values, beliefs and behaviours set out in our ethos statement.
