WEC leadership in Africa are exploring setting up a Missionary Training College perhaps in Kenya. Help us develop the curriculum training Africans in cross-cultural mission. You will be able to incorporate our existing preliminary research to produce a outcome-based curriculum which is formal, non-formal, and informal. Assist the Anchor College leadership in the national registration and accreditation of the academic programme. 

Commitment: 2+ years. This position is unsalaried, as all WEC personnel look to God to provide their personal needs. WEC ref 405
