If you are in the midst of re-entry to your home country you're in the right place. I can offer support as you work out who you have become and how to move forwards. I work with you to help you understand where you are now - your current roles and responsibilities – and where you would like to go – and then take steps towards that place. I help you grapple with your values, your dreams, and your unique talents and skills which make you who you are, in a way that gives you confidence to move on to the next stage in your life, whatever that may be. I provide a safe space for exploring the issues and questions that emerge for you during your transition.
I spent many years in a remote corner of Central Asia with my young family. I have experience of being a full-time mum, home-school tutor, domestic goddess (!), mentor of short-term workers, running parenting courses, revolutions, team conflicts, and re-entry to the UK. All of these things helped shape my desire to listen to people and to help them capitalise on their learning from the challenges they have faced.
On my return to the UK in 2010, I retrained as a life coach and a debriefer, focusing on transition coaching, and particularly on those going through the transition of returning from an international placement. I love being able to support others through the turbulence they encounter, and help them find meaning and positive pathways through it all! I offer coaching, debriefing, seminars and online courses.
