We are looking for people with passion to manage projects overseas with local partners  and to lead teams of volunteers from the UK in 2 week short term mission trips supporting those projects. We work with schools and church groups in the poorest communities to build and develop schools to help children rewrite their future through access to education. 

As part of our overseas staff, your role will be to support our local partners on the ground. This includes working alongside an experienced builder on site and helping find meaningful tasks for the volunteer team. You’ll be part of building classrooms and homes for vulnerable communities – a truly rewarding experience. We’re not looking for skilled builders, what matters most is having a heart to serve and being ready to experience a different culture.
