Vision and Values
A closer look at the vision and values that drive everything we do.
Our Vision...
As part of the global Church, the network members have a shared vision to see the whole Church take the whole gospel to the whole world. Being faithful to God’s calling for His Church to work together as one body, we believe we are better together by:
- Connecting – bringing people together to strengthen relationships across the network.
- Catalysing – following God’s lead, learning from each other and encouraging innovation.
- Collaborating – working together to have a greater collective impact.
God is on the move. His Kingdom is growing all around the world, across different nations, people groups and cultures. He is building His Church, and nothing can stand against it. While this truth stands truer than ever, the Church in the UK and globally faces a myriad of challenges.
It’s vital that we continue to come together and respond to the call of God to share His love in word and deed with all peoples, nations and cultures.
God loves unity, and it is through mutual cooperation and partnership that the people of God in the UK and beyond can work together to see God’s Kingdom advance. As a community, we believe that collectively we are better together.
Our Values...
These values underpin everything we do...
- Founded on Prayer – We depend on God in everything: worshipping, waiting, praying, listening and obeying.
- Bible based – God’s word shapes our lives and guides all we do.
- Christ centred – We are motivated by Christ’s cross and resurrection, serving with integrity and authenticity.
- Servant hearted – Following Jesus’ example, we serve with humility, grounded in our identity in Him.
- Kingdom focused – We cooperate, not compete, working together for God’s mission.
- Relationship orientated – We are committed to one another; relationships and trust are foundational as God restores relationship with Him, each other, ourselves and creation.
