International HR Forum - Coffee Break (Dec 24)

Join us on Tuesday 3^rd December at 10:00am for a coffee break, to share experiences and network with other International HR professionals.

We will be discussing the topics covered in two Global Connections events taking place in November: Coercion and Bullying in Christian Workplaces and Employment Status: are you using the right one? If as a HR professional, you are planning to go to either of these events or are interested in either of these topics, please join us. We will split into breakout rooms to discuss each topic and discuss how they apply in an International HR context.

Coercion and bullying within Christian organisations - discussion over how we can put processes in place to avoid a culture of coercion and bullying before it happens and what to do if it does.

Employment Status - share experiences on how to choose the right employment status, what needs to be taken into consideration and what the consequences could be if we haven’t got it quite right.
