Join us on Tuesday, 11th February, at 10:00am for an interactive and insightful session led by Christine Williamson from Duty of Care International. This seminar will explore how to navigate complex HR challenges related to the mental health of mission and overseas workers, equipping you with tools, frameworks, and practical approaches to build confidence in your responses.
Designed for HR professionals, this session will incorporate HR best practice, opportunities to examine case studies in breakout rooms, peer learning, and dedicated time for Q & A.
Christine will guide us through:
- Understanding the importance of risk assessments and how to approach them effectively.
- Exploring the boundaries: What HR professionals can and cannot do in complex scenarios.
- Applying foundational principles to provide psychological support in challenging situations.
- Testing and adapting HR policies to ensure they remain effective under pressure.
- Embedding proactive measures into HR processes to safeguard against potential challenges.
- Finding creative strategies to manage constraints when resources are limited.
This session will not offer one-size-fits-all solutions but will provide a collaborative space to explore best practices and apply lessons from real-world case studies.
