Leadership Development Forum

Our Leadership Development Forum is brand new for 2025. Developing the next generation of leaders and upskilling current leaders is vital to the growth of the Church and its mission. When godly, characterful leaders flourish, those around them also flourish.

This forum seeks to bring together those who are working in leadership development, or who hope to develop the leaders around them. There are many questions of how to do this effectively with time and financial pressures. This group is the place to work through your big questions with others.

The forum runs several Coffee Break events throughout the year. These are an informal opportunity to connect, get to know each other and discuss topics relating to leadership development.

As well as regular Coffee Breaks, this group will consider how we can better work together to develop leaders.
