Do you want to be a part of what God is doing to transform the lives of more disabled people?

We’re a small but growing Christian charity seeking to develop our outreach across the UK. Thanks to specific funding, Through the Roof is looking to ‘ramp-up’ its Roofbreaker project by appointing a Co-ordinator to cover Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England.

We’re looking for a team-player who lives within the area, and can work (remotely) with their counterparts in the West and East. The successful candidate will play a vital role in extending the reach of the Roofbreaker project into new areas, recruiting more Roofbreakers (Disability Champions), enthusing them and providing resources, support, prayer, and encouragement; and enabling successful teamwork within Roofbreaker Networks.

The values of the successful candidate will align with ours and they will share our enthusiasm for the charity’s message to spread the vision and mission across the UK.

The post is for 2.5 days (17.5 hours) per week on an 18-month contract.

Through the Roof is a Christian disability charity whose name, core values and mission come from the Bible account where four men enabled their paralysed friend to meet Jesus. In doing so everyone present was positively changed, and God was glorified.

Our distinctive (USP) is our sole purpose to work together with churches, Christian ministries and people across the range of disabilities to extend God’s kingdom globally. The charity’s mission is to: Transform lives through Jesus with disabled people.
