UCB is looking to appoint a Telephone Support Officer to work as part of our well established and professional Supporter Care Team. This is on a fixed term for 18 months, to support our existing staff while they undertake user acceptance testing of our new CRM system.
If you enjoy the variety of a wide-ranging job role and can quickly adapt to the diversity of functions while offering a willing smile, professional service and calm composure then this may be the role for you.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a gifted communicator both face to face and on the telephone and have a passion for responding to the needs of our customers, both internal and external. The successful candidate will be computer literate with the ability to read and digest information accurately, have a keen eye for detail, have good organisational and administrations skills, together with a positive can do attitude and the ability to prioritise a diverse and demanding but enjoyable role.
This position will be based at our Operations Centre, Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF
