Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Operation Mobilisation in the UK

Here at OM in the UK we are seeking a new CEO/Field Leader to strive towards our vision of seeing vibrant communities of Jesus followers established among the least-reached people of our world.

You will join a movement dedicated to equipping and sending workers into this vast harvest field - using your strategic thinking and servant heart to lead and inspire a highly effective team of like-minded individuals. 

This is a great opportunity to grow yourself, and others, as you pastor and direct our staff, engage and develop our relationships with the UK church and other mission agencies, and as you take on all aspects of this dynamic organisation. 

You will be known for your Christlike characteristics and be able to demonstrate resilience and energy in helping us achieve our vision.
