Help shape young lives while supporting families in a ministry-focused community.

North Cotes College provides on-site childcare for the children of students and personnel during morning class times. Our nursery is a warm and caring environment where children are nurtured, encouraged, and supported through play, creativity, and loving care.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Nursery Volunteers to join our team. This role is ideal for those with a heart for children and a desire to support families serving in ministry.

Job Overview:

As a Nursery volunteer, you will care for and engage with children in their early years. You’ll take responsibility for your key children, contribute to daily activities, and help maintain a clean and welcoming nursery environment. Volunteers also play a vital role in special events and the spiritual community of the college.

We accept applications from those in the UK and locations where we have a sending entity. Once accepted non-UK residents will need to apply for a charity worker visa. (please email for more information about costs involved in the visa)

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Recommended: Minimum Level 2 qualification in Child Care and Education

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine love and care for children
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• A positive, teachable attitude and willingness to grow professionally.
