Keep the mission running – support the maintenance and development of the NTM-UK, North Cotes campus.

North Cotes College relies on a dedicated Campus Management Team (CMT) to ensure that all buildings, facilities, and grounds are safe, functional, and maintained. From routine maintenance to major projects, the CMT plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping the campus running smoothly.

We are looking for CMT Volunteers with a practical mindset and a heart to serve. This is a hands-on, active role suited to individuals with skills in general maintenance, construction, or trades - or those willing to learn.

Job Overview:

As part of the Campus Management Team, you will help with the upkeep, repairs, and development of the campus and associated properties. Whether it’s a small repair job or coordinating with contractors on larger projects, your work will directly support the mission and daily life of the college community.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Basic organisational skills
• Previous experience in general maintenance or trades is highly beneficial (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting, concreting, groundwork etc.)
• A practical, hands-on mindset and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and oversight
• Health & Safety training will be provided

Location: North Cotes College, Lincolnshire

Training: On-the-job training and safety courses provided as needed
