We're looking for a Children and Families Manager (CFM) to join our small, passionate team in a new role dedicated to supporting children and families from All Souls Church of England Primary School.
As our new CFM, you’ll play a key role in developing social and spiritual support for families in this vibrant, multicultural school community—many of whom are navigating challenges such as poverty or language barriers. From lunch clubs and parenting courses to gospel-centred relationship building and coffee mornings, your work will be central to helping us share Christ’s love in both word and deed.

-
Host parent coffee mornings and lead optional parenting courses from a Christian perspective.
-
Build strong relationships with school staff, families and children, offering practical and gospel-centred support.
-
Recruit, train and support volunteers for programme delivery.
-
Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes, reporting to ASSTC leadership and funders.
-
Collaborate with All Souls Church ministries to offer families holistic support.
We’re looking for someone who is:
-
A committed evangelical Christian, aligned with the values of All Souls Church and ASSTC.
-
A university graduate with experience working with primary-aged children and families.
-
Experienced in planning activities and safeguarding within a school or charity setting.
-
A confident communicator, highly organised, and a self-starter who enjoys collaboration.
-
Passionate about social action and Christian service.
It would be great if you also have:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience leading 1:1 Bible studies with adults
-
Budget management skills
-
Knowledge of or connection to All Souls Primary School or All Souls Church
Practical Details
-
Based across two central London locations: All Souls Clubhouse (W1T 6QG) and All Souls School (W1W 7JJ)
-
Some evening and weekend work required (e.g. school events or church gatherings)
-
4-month probationary period, 3-month notice period
-
