In this pivotal role, you will  help oversee day-to-day operations and pastoral ministry, ensuring every guest and team member feels welcomed, valued, and spiritually enriched.

Experience in operational management, budgeting and HR required.  In addition the ability to be an excellent creative problem solver with a flexible work ethic.
