Do you have a heart for evangelising, discipling and caring for seniors?

We are seeking a Seniors’ Pastor who loves Jesus, loves people and loves the gospel. You’ll have a heart for Seniors (65+) – reaching out to those who don’t know Jesus, caring for those within the church family, as well as building teams to release the many gifts and talents with this demographic.

In recent years All Saints has created a specific paid ministry role of Seniors’ Pastor. Not simply a pastoral worker for older people, but a strategic role to reach out to and build up an important part of our church family and wider community.

This role has been set at 30 hours per week. Whilst the role and hours are flexible it would be difficult to envisage this role being carried out in less than 20 hours each week. We may consider bringing the role up to full-time hours. The role doesn’t come with accommodation, but if you were looking to relocate, we’d love to chat about making that possible.
