Description
The Baptist Union of Great Britain links nearly 2,000 churches, 13 associations and 5 colleges across England and Wales. We are entering an exciting season with a renewed vision for ministerial and leadership formation as a lifelong journey - from initial training right through to the Continuing Ministerial Development of even our most experienced ministers.
We are looking for someone to lead this work who has demonstrable experience in ministerial formation, theological education and leadership development. You will bring a strong theological grounding and the ability to articulate Baptist identity and ecclesiology, coupled with a real passion for developing our next generation of Baptist ministers and leaders.
This national role is collaborative, relational and inspirational, working across our Union to shape the next generation of ministry.
