We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Department of Intercultural Learning and Collaboration (ILC).
As ILC Administrator you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Department of Intercultural Learning and Collaboration (ILC) to help us achieve our goal of collaborative work with other organizations through Training, Learning and Capacity Strengthening to increase global mission impact.
You will be responsible to the Training and Learning Lead. You will:
- Communicate, coordinate, and liaise with trainers and trainees for ILC-related training events
- Coordinate departmental meetings and provide administrative support for their smooth running.
- Manage enquiries and support invoicing and resource administration.
- Input, maintain, and update data for monitoring, evaluation, and reporting purposes.
- Support the wider coordination of training and capacity-strengthening initiatives.
- Assist in making travel arrangements.
You will bring proven administrative experience and strong organisational skills. You will be confident in using Microsoft suite of office, including advanced Excel, and experienced in managing databases and records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside strong interpersonal skills, intercultural competence and sensitivity. Experience in Christian ministry and appreciation of the role and value of mission is appreciated.
Key Information:
Location: India/Remote working
This role would be based in Nagaland, India and involve remote working.
Hours: 35 hours per week / full time
Employment type: Permanent
Salary: INR 9,81, 306 per annum
Closing date: 9am IST, Friday 03 July 2026
Interview date: Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 July 2026 (Interview will be conducted online)
