Mission Facilitator

Location: Preston, Lancashire (Hybrid/Remote working considered)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

CAM International is seeking a committed Christian with a passion for mission, communication, and relationship-building to join our team as a Mission Facilitator.

This important role helps ensure effective communication and collaboration between our staff, trustees, missionaries, churches, supporters, and partner organisations. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will help strengthen relationships, coordinate projects, facilitate information sharing, and support the ongoing development of our mission work.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a committed Christian and in agreement with CAM's Statement of Faith.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can build and maintain relationships across diverse groups.
• Is highly organised and able to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Has experience in a similar role, ideally within a charity, church, or mission context.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and social media.
