Description
This role with Engineering Ministries International (EMI) offers a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-led organisation that harnesses design and engineering expertise to support communities and churches worldwide. This role is essential to EMI’s vision of “designing a world of hope,” as it expands EMI’s reach within the UK, connecting with architects, engineers, and other professionals dedicated to making a positive impact through faith. Working closely with the EMI UK Director, the Development Worker will promote EMI’s initiatives, mobilise professionals, and engage the wider church community. This position provides an exciting opportunity for hands-on involvement with EMI’s mission and fosters relationships that amplify the organisation’s values and outreach. By supporting the UK Staff Team, this role strengthens EMI’s presence and advances its ministry globally.
Starting salary: £31,500 FTE per annum
The working hours are between 0.6 - 1.0 FTE (salary pro rata) for the right candidate. 18-month contract with option to extend subject to funding. Remote working with travel to events.
