As our Social Media Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing social media accounts for a range of clients, helping them grow their audiences and tell their stories with creativity and impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing social media accounts for multiple clients.
• Developing social media strategies to increase reach, engagement and impact.
• Creating engaging social media content, including graphics, videos and reels.
• Writing captions tailored to each platform.
• Scheduling and publishing content across all channels.
• Managing paid social media adverts and monitoring impact.
• Turning media coverage, campaigns and events into engaging social content.
• Planning and managing monthly content calendars.
• Monitoring performance, analysing results and recommending improvements.
• Occasionally capturing digital content at events.
• Working closely with the PR team to support campaigns and maximise impact.
