Who we are: YFCNI exists to see young people’s lives changed by Jesus. For many decades, we have been working across communities to reach young people where they are, helping them explore faith, build meaningful relationships, and discover purpose and hope. From our local centres and pioneering initiatives to partnerships with churches and schools, we are committed to seeing a generation transformed.

What we do: At the heart of our work is a passion to create programmes and initiatives that enable young people to encounter Jesus. We do this through a number of locally based youth projects and national initiatives delivered directly by our National Team, while also supporting a network of autonomous local centres.

Who we’re looking for: We are seeking a leader with a heart for young people, a strong and vibrant Christian faith, and the experience and skills to guide a complex and growing organisation. In return, we offer the opportunity to lead a passionate and committed team, and to play a significant part in shaping the future of youth ministry across Northern Ireland.
