Could you be our next Kitchen Team Leader?

We are looking for a gifted catering manager with a love for food and a passion for people. You will oversee and efficiently manage the Lee Abbey kitchens and dining areas, while working with a multicultural team of varying ages and abilities. It would be helpful to have significant experience in operating a busy kitchen, leading and inspiring a varied team, and have a relevant catering qualification. You should be a self-starter and possess excellent organisational skills. 

As a member of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of community life, and have the opportunity to explore and use your God-given gifts.

The position is for three years and is residential with an allowance structure including pension, accommodation, and full board. Due to accommodation constraints the role is open to either a single person or married couple.
