Chad

Pray with us for our Harvest Appeal, seeking to address hunger in multiple countries. Please pray for a positive response to the appeal; wisdom for both governments and local communities seeking to address the causes of so much hunger; conflict, climate change and the rising cost of living and our partners in countries affected, all seeing a rise in families struggling to feed themselves, including in Zambia, Malawi, Cambodia, Uganda and Bangladesh.

Pray that a drama presentation of Genesis 1 to 3 to the Saba people of Chad, planned for the beginning of November, will have a tremendous impact. Pray for the Saba people to whom the actors will be presenting. There are no declared believers in this people group of around 16,000.

Please pray for a general election in Chad. This has been postponed many times due to a climate of instability. Pray that God will use those who know his name to speak out and to bring justice.

Please pray that women would come to hospitals in Chad supported by BMS to give birth and not stay at home. Please pray that when they come, they would see God’s hand in the care given to them and their babies.
