Practical, interactive online workshops for Christian leaders to use coaching skills.

Online in English, using Dr Keith Webb’s COACH model training.

Online in French, in collaboration with Creative Results Management Francophonie. We provide training and mentor coaching to enable French speaking Christians to become professional coaches (Level 1 with the International Coaching Federation).

Coaching

Lesley Rappillard (ACC ICF) provides online coaching for international women serving on multicultural teams. She empowers them to live in alignment to their calling and values and to lead fruitful lives. Her commitment and empathy shine through in her coaching, catalysing transformation and mental fitness.

Debriefing

Lesley Rappillard is a certified debriefer and provides structured and unstructured online debriefs for women and couples. Debriefs can be for transitions or events that don’t involve trauma.
