France Mission

About

France Mission wants to help Christian Francophiles bring together their love of France and their love of Jesus. We support church plants, church growth, and church leaders in France.

Our website allows you to access prayer news and information about France, as well as linking to opportunities for short- and long-term service. 

As a support organisation, we provide targeted, strategic support to help the French evangelical church move closer to achieving its own goals. Our principal mission partner in France is a church-planting denomination called Perspectives, part of the CNEF (National Council of French Evangelicals). Their slogan is “1 pour 10,000” – one evangelical church for every 10,000 people in France. Although a new evangelical church is planted somewhere in France every 10 days, there are still over 4,000 churches that need to be planted to achieve this goal. And, at current rates, that would take over 100 years!

God has brought wonderful growth to the French evangelical church over recent decades but there’s still a huge amount to be done. For example, 1000 new pastors need to be trained over the next decade to provide leadership for new and growing congregations. By joining with France Mission, you can help make a real difference in one of the most strategically significant countries in Europe.

France Mission is a charity registered in England & Wales  (1176433) and has been supporting evangelical churches in France since 1974.
