The past two decades have seen growing diversity in SIM’s workforce. Our leadership and services have seen a slower but steady growth in diversity, and decentralisation away from a headquarters operation in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Global leadership is now exercised by leaders living in many time zones and contexts.
Ministry Leadership and Services (MLS) breaks some new ground for SIM as we seek to explore new ways of being and working globally.
