OC International UK is part of a world wide family of international and interdenominational faith missions. With more than 400 missionaries, the OC family of missions is involved in evangelism, discipleship, leadership training, church growth, missions (including short-term), and sports ministries.

Our Mission and Strategy is to mobilize godly and effective Church leaders to reach all nations by means of research, motivation and training.

Our Values are team, family, partnership, multiplication, servanthood, and freedom to innovate.

The Worthing office is home to two teams: a North Africa / Middle East / Central Asia regional area office and a Europe regional office. Both support the ministries of resident teams and followers of Christ throughout their respective regions in the areas of research, member care, training and strategic planning.
