Assistant Park Manager

Description

Spring Harvest Holidays is seeking an experienced Assistant Park Manager to join the leadership team at Le Pas Opton, our four-star holiday park in the Vendée region of France. Working closely with and deputising for the Park Manager, you will be responsible for park maintenance, health & safety, compliance, contractor liaison, line management duties and input into long-term strategic development of the holiday park. In addition, you will have a hands-on role, ensuring the smooth operation of the site and the delivery of an exceptional guest experience at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Fluent in both English and French with cultural awareness of UK, France and Europe.
• Strong maintenance, facilities, or site management background, ideally in a similar holiday park environment
• Proven experience managing teams, contractors, and operational projects.
• Good understanding of health & safety legislation and experience of regulatory compliance.
• Strong administrative, organisational, interpersonal and budgeting skills.

Full driving licence and right to work in France.
