Compassion ministry of Ecuador

Description

Join our team of mission workers and local volunteers in sharing Biblical principles with Christians and non-Christians in practical areas of life.

Our focus is to help low-income, vulnerable families develop the skills to manage personal income, improve their businesses to increase income, and improve relational and emotional skills so they’re more resilient in facing inevitable life crises.

We are looking for persons who have a Biblical understanding of suffering and God’s redemption and can mentor others to grow in basic life skills. They must have a life integrated with scriptural principles, relate well with others, and work well in a team.
