Alex joined the staff team in July 2023, as GC Jobs & Mission Coordinator. She studied French and German at Exeter University and then went on to work in retail and commercial roles, where she did a lot of international travel. Having previously done short term vision trips to Northern Vietnam and Nepal, she has always been interested in Christian mission.
She is now enjoying working in a more vocational role for Global Connections, which allows her to spend time with her young family. Alex lives in Leamington Spa with her husband Dan and two young boys, who keep her very busy and entertained. In her spare time she designs Christian stationery, likes to travel and escape to the countryside. She attends Christchurch Leamington and has just returned from a retreat in Wales.
