Japanese Fry Up

Event Details
We will have a fun morning of cooking an easy-to-make Japanese dish called Okonomiyaki, a savoury pancake containing a variety of ingredients.
Typical food can teach you a lot about a country and its culture.
Come hungry to learn more about Japan. You can join us in cooking this simple traditional dish or just watch and try it out later, and listen as we hear about stories from its people and places and find out about opportunities where we can serve.
Cooking is optional, but if you would like to, you will need the following ingredients:
* 2-3 Eggs
* Okonomiyaki Flour* (search in Amazon)
* ½ White cabbage, finely chopped/shredded
* Mayonnaise
* Okonomiyaki Sauce (bought from Amazon)
Optional:
* Ham/Bacon/Cheese/Squid/Salmon for filling/topping
* Pickled Red Ginger
* Dried Bonito Flakes
This event will take place via Zoom. Please contact Angelo Lebrato in advance for registration and log-in details and the recipe and ingredients: angelo.lebrato@omfmail.com or 07402873654.
