A Global Gathering for Emerging Christian Leaders
Are you an emerging leader passionate about advancing the gospel and shaping the future of the global church? The Younger Leaders Gathering (YLG 4) is for you!
This gathering will bring together 1,200 young Christian leaders (ages 25–35) from around the world to be equipped, encouraged, and empowered for greater kingdom impact. But YLG 4 is more than just a one-time event—it’s the launch of a 10-year journey through the Younger Leaders Generation (YLGen), a global community focused on discipleship, mentorship, and collaboration.
At the Younger Leaders Gathering you will be encouraged to:
- Deepen Conviction Engage with biblical teaching on God’s mission and be equipped to make a lasting gospel impact.
- Cultivate Christlike Character Grow through mentorship, accountability, and learning from experienced leaders and peers.
- Build Gospel Community Form meaningful relationships with mentors and peers, fostering lifelong connections within the Lausanne Movement.
- Be Commissioned Receive tools, encouragement, and support to serve faithfully and sustain a long-term ministry calling.
