To live well we need to be good at both breathing in and breathing out and while our life with God is the same, it’s human for us to over focus on either praying in or praying out. This lightly guided retreat will help find balance in our life with God while how to receive from God as well as expressing ourselves to him, how to rest in him as well as serving our loving creator. There will be plenty of time for rest and for personal time with God.
