Volunteer Coordinator

Is this you? - We are looking for someone to champion our Ambassador Programme, finding new ways to reach blind and partially sighted people with the resources and services we offer. You would oversee the onboarding process for all volunteers and manage all volunteer processes, communications and recognition. This involves recruiting, onboarding, training and assigning tasks to volunteers, as well as researching new avenues of outreach or publicity.

You must be resident in the UK and a practising Christian with great organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

The role is part-time, 16 hours per week, and location is flexible but with at least four visits to Torch House, for Staff Days, required annually.
