Pioneers is a global mission agency serving in 85 countries reaching 440 people groups through 480 teams with more than 3,000 members. There are engineering / construction / architecture opportunities that need you in East Asia, East Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia.

You will be supported by Pioneers team members on the field, and our UK member care team. We will also guide you through the pre-field preparation process. Depending on the role, you might be required to raise your own financial support, while some opportunities may be salaried.
