Title: ‘Health across the world: 'Cross-cultural medical electives: the good, the bad and the ugly'
Medical electives can be a great opportunity for Christians to explore and experience God's heart for the nations. How can we encourage, plan, and support those who God is calling to serve? What makes cross-cultural medical electives good, bad, or even ugly?
If you or your agency is engaged in medical or health related mission, why not join us at CMF in London on Tuesday 3rd March for an opportunity to share and learn together. During this informal gathering, we’ll hear from Mike Chalmers (UFM), Grev Parmenter (Medical Mission Network) and a mission partner of Embrace the Middle East working in Lebanon. There will be opportunities for us to share our experiences, challenges and insights from enabling serving in diverse contexts and explore the latest developments and best practices in healthcare in mission.
This is a great opportunity to connect with others in the network and to share learning and experience for mutual benefit and development. Join us for an afternoon of fellowship, inspiration and equipping.
Who is this event for: those working with charities that facilitate health or medical mission (you don’t need to be a medic or healthcare professional)
