This practical Theory of Change programme from Global Connections, in partnership with Nick Swain of Zorva Consulting, will help Christian organisations clarify vision, test activities against real outcomes, and communicate impact with confidence.

Across two online workshops, two in-person days in London, and a dedicated organisational Q&A, you’ll be guided through the process of creating a Theory of Change tailored to your own context - leaving with a practical framework to support strategy, funding, communications and decision-making.
