Event Details
Do you find yourself feeling stressed, overwhelmed and in need of some healthy boundaries to be put in place in your role?
If you are an HR professional, people manager or leader, this event is for you. We will be spending an hour and half defining what burnout looks like, what factors lead to burnout, and practical steps towards change to prevent it happening.
This event will help put language to things you may already be feeling or sensing as a result of your work, it will help you step back and reflect on areas of stress and overwhelm in your role, and what you have agency over to avoid getting to a place of burnout.
Who is this event for: Specific HR roles but will broaden it out to people managers and those in leadership roles.
Venue: Zoom (Online)
Date & Time: Thursday 1st October at 10:00am - 11:30am
Cost: £20.00
