Event Details
How are changing attitudes to authenticity, identity, faith, family and work shaping the next generation of missionaries?
Drawing on research from her new book British Millennials in Global Mission, Dr Alison Allen (Head of Member Care - Friends International) explores how cultural shifts across generations are influencing missionary calling, recruitment, training and member care. Rather than relying on stereotypes, this interactive online event will examine the wider social forces that shape generations and consider the implications for mission leaders, HR practitioners, member care workers, educators and sending organisations.
Join us as we explore how mission can effectively engage and support current and future generations.
